The title refers to the pandemic-motivated trend of renting out farm animals for surprise appearances in all manner of Zoom calls — from business meetings to religious gatherings to class sessions to festive occasions — which allowed farms to make up for lost income from having had to cancel all farm visits during lockdown, with the number in the subtitle being a sideways surprise emoticon.
